About the event
While our Chef is known for her Scottish, French, and Greek roots and the culinary feasts her family has held dear for generations, Abigail also has a treasure chest of Italian fair, which Abigail has studied in depth and loves to share equal parts history with ingredients such as 3 types of pesto; exactly what is Tuscan kale; and how to ensure your eggplant is never soggy again!
We will make 8 dishes and our Chef will provide a yet-to-be-published recipe as a snack for the end of class before you take home copious amounts of food with new recipes!
