My name is Mary and I am the owner/baker of Early Bird Bakery here in Colorado Springs. I am a Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Art School graduate. Since graduating in 2012, I have been cooking and baking up a storm!
Everything is made fresh to order and I specialize in all sweet things for brunch…or anytime! I have a variety of items (you can check out on my website) but I’m most known for my scones, cinnamon rolls, pecan rolls, and brownies! I love coming up with new flavors so if you don’t see your favorite flavor, ask me and I’ll make it happen!

Each Charcuterie Board, Box and Graze Table is thoughtfully designed and loaded with fresh fruits, and artisanal meats and cheeses.
